FREE HOME WARRANTY
When you purchase a New Construction Home, the builder includes a one year warranty on the home. When you purchase a resale home, it is sold AS-IS. Any problems that occur after you've closed on the home our the buyers responsibility.

In an effort to help buyers handle this unseen repairs when the occur, Triangle Realty Info will purchase a one year home warranty for clients who hire us to represent them in purchasing a new home.

The only restrictions on this offer are:
  1. Purchase price must be greater then $50,000
  2. Commission paid by seller
  3. Buyer signs an "Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer" contract with Triangle Realty Info
