The majority of home buyers use two sources to find their next home: Buyer Agents and the Internet. Both of these sources rely on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to find homes that match the buyers needs. The MLS is a searchable database of all the homes listed for sale by Realtors. The triangle area uses the Triangle MLS for this database.

This database can be searched by home buyers from internet sites such as Realtor.com as well as on many of the local real estate brokerage sites. The information is the same at all these sites, but sometimes they choose to present it in different formats.

Realtors acting as Buyers Agents utilize an advanced search of the Triangle MLS to find matching homes for their clients. Realtors have the exclusive ability to put homes into the MLS system.
    For the flat fee of $595 you get the following full service items to sell your home:
  • Lock Box placed on your property to enable realtors to show your home while your away! No more waiting for buyers to show up!
  • Multiple high quality digital pictures of your home. Buyers can view pictures thru Realtor.com or the Triangle MLS service.
  • Appointments scheduled by Centralized Showing Services (CSS) so that local realtors have one number to call to show your home.
  • Support thru the entire listing process. You receive full service during your listing period. If you need help with negotiations and paperwork up to closing, we will be there for you. At no extra charge, unlike many of our competitors who charge extra for this service.
  • Your home listed in 100's of local and national real estate websites. Thru IDX (Internet Data Exchange) your home's listing will be shared with local brokerages and national (and even some international) Real Estate websites.
  • Listing in the Triangle MLS service used by thousands of local realtors to find homes for their clients. This is the same listing service used by the high priced commission brokerages.
  • Agent Feedback thru CSS. You'll log onto the CSS website and see what agents and buyers are saying about your house. You'll have the information needed to help your home sell.
  • Dress Your House for Success. We will provide you with the flyer Dress Your House for Success to help prepare your home for sale. This guide provides you with invaluable insights on what you need to do to prepare your house to sell.
